Delivery Timeframe
- Order Processing: Orders are processed the day after they are placed and shipped as soon as possible.
- Orders shall be fulfilled by a third-party logistics provider
- Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location and potential variations based on the third-party logistics provider's network.
- During peak seasons or special promotions, delivery may take a little longer, but we'll always keep you informed.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Free shipping on orders above ₹499
- Standard Shipping: Orders below ₹499 incur a shipping charge of ₹60
- Payment Method: We only accept prepaid orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Digital Wallets)
Serviceable Locations
- We currently deliver across India. However, certain pin codes may be unserviceable due to logistics limitations of our third-party logistics provider.
- If your area is not serviceable, we'll notify you during checkout or via email/SMS.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.
- Use the link provided to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
Non-Delivery Areas
- Orders placed with unserviceable pin codes may be canceled.
- Refunds will be processed within 4-7 business days in such cases.
Information Collected by Third Party Logistics Providers
- We use a third-party logistics provider (3PL) to fulfill all orders, which requires sharing your information with such service provider.
- The use of your information by third-party logistics providers is not in our control.
- Please read the privacy policy of such third-party logistics providers carefully.
Force Majeure
- Snackkal will not be deemed in default or held responsible for any cessation, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations including for delays in deliveries or damages to goods delivered due to occurrences of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, or boycott.

- For damaged products received, please contact us along with photos of damaged product and packaging along with your shipping invoice.
